Yes, you heard that correctly...baby #3!! Below you will see his/her first picture. I asked the ultrasound tech to make sure there was only ONE heartbeat and she assured me there was only one!! Everything looks great! The heartbeat was around 180. Dr. Evans said there are old wives tales about heartbeats and determining if it is a boy or a girl, but she has not seen them hold true (Well at least not more than 50% of the time!). After my confession that I downed a medium iced vanilla latte (Thanks Katie!!) from McDonalds neither one of us was surprised at the heart rate! The quality of the scanned picture is not that good, but that was as good as I could get it...sorry! With all of the official stuff said Fred and I are now taking name possibilities. We are open to any and all suggestions!

Spring Break
We headed to Memphis for a little Shackelford visit for the end of our Spring Break. While everyone else was at work Fred and I took the boys to the Pink Palace. We had a wonderful time. Jack ran from exhibit to exhibit wanting to know what everything was.
When we asked Clayton what his favorite part of the entire museum was he excitedly exclaimed, "The Escalators!!" We could have done that for free at the mall... Oh well, we had a really good time! After Pink Palace we headed to Incredible Pizza. Clayton once told us it was called Incredible Pizza b/c it truly is incredible!! The boys had a great time! Who wouldn't?!? Five different buffets, indoor mini golf, indoor go-carts, games, mini bowling, etc, etc!! Needless to say by the time we left they were worn out!!This is what happens after a long weekend at Mawmaw and Pawpaw's house!!

Spring Party
Friday was Clayton's last day of school before Spring Break. Jack and I headed to Rhea for a little Spring party action!! We kicked the festivities off with an Easter Egg hunt. Clayton was so excited, Jack was a little stressed...all that candy and he couldn't get any!!As most of you know Clayton is very good friends with Shannon. They are in different classes and rarely do they get to see each other, but on this day they got to participate in the egg hunt together. They were both so excited to see each other!Back in the room the room mother (not me!!!) had planned several fun games.
Then we had a visit by the Easter bunny. Neither of my kiddos really knew what was going on...how funny!! They were both looking at me like, "why is there a big bunny in here?!?" They didn't really get it, but it was fun none the less. You will notice Clayton's class is really small. There were five children out the week before the break. We are hoping all germs will die in his classroom over Spring break!
